Since starting the challenge I have seen improvements in many aspects of my life. My immune system has ben stronger, I have been more alert throughout the day and most importantly I lost some weight. I was never really overweight, but I have always had a problem with the size of my stomach. Before I started the challenge my stomach was rather bloated all the time and no matter how many sit ups I tried to do it never got any smaller. Since starting the challenge I have seen a dramatic change in the size of my stomach.
The products I used were:

I'm not really the type of person who loves exercise so I didn't really work out hard to lose weight. I do one adult gymnastics class a week, and sometimes I do a les mills body balance class or a yoga class.
