im so excited to say ive lost 10kgs in 8 weeks.my starting weight was 120kgs and now im down to 110kgs.the products that im taking are chocolate protine,suppergreens,fiber,berry blast,digest ultra and probiotics.i mixed the protine with suppergreens and fiber and berry blast and had it for breaky and lunch it really suits my busy lifestyle and so quick and easy to have on the go while ur on ur way to work.then I would take the digest with my main meal and my probiotics at night before bed.the digest has helped me so much and has stopped me bloating and feeling so sick after eating my stomach used to always bloat and had so much trouble with irritable bowel symdrome.now im really happy to say I have no more trouble with bloating my tummy is so much more flatter then its ever been and no more trouble with ibs.i also suffer from depression and was always feeling that everyone else was better then me and always being so negative on my self and putting my self down but now my depression has really improved and no more negative thoughts.im so much more happyer I have really learnt to love life and help others to achive there goals.i have also met so many friends since starting yor health I get so much support and encouragement and have learnt that its all about mindset.these products are amazing and so yummy.i exercise 4 days aweek and really loving this new me.its all about a lifestyle change.my 5 and 7 year old boys loves that I have so much more energy and love it coz I can run around with them in the yard and play ball ect.yor health rocks.
