Gracias YOR HEALTH por ayudarme a conseguir el físico que deseaba y el de sentirme sano a mis 32 años. Mi nombre es Angel Rivera y decidí hacer mi segundo Reto de 8 semanas y quiero decirles que logre mi meta muchas cosas, una de ellas es ponerme al peso adecuado de 85 kg, el de aumentar mi masa muscular ya que estaba pesando los 83 kg. Además de eso pude bajar tallas y sentirme súper bien. Modifique un poco mi régimen de azúcares y carbohidratos.
