Ok..finally done...but yet not finished. .this journey is long and full off great experiences. .i think il always be chasing a better than last look..haha...
Firstly i must give big thanks to this beautifully put together company for everything they have done to better our life through health..
now i started with a weight off 94kgs witch i was carrying lots off unwanted FAT.. and seriously felt like crap most days cause when a body has to fight just to function it doesn't leave much on the plate for happy days...
i got the 'GO GREEN' pack and added protein and repair ultra on to it cause i know go green is really what i think every body needs to get your body fuctionig properly. ..then the additional items is more for what ever your personal goal is..
basically take yor vitamins as directed. .like the morning wake up procedure for me is..in a shaker i have 1 scoop off protein, supper greens, fiber, with coconut water...WOW...YUMMMMMMMMMMMO...love this mix..
together with multi vitamin , pro biotic, and repair ultra... that's my morning wake up intake...
now through the day i generally use 1 digestive enzymes with meal..usually lunch..and another at night with last meal.. and i have the yor shake pretty much everyday after work out..
one small tip ( eat a small amount off fruit like pineapple or watermelon straight after any work out) then after 30 mins have yor shake...????. It helps with your body's protein absorption ..
my daily meals intake consists of about 5 good portioned meals..good proteins, cabs, and never forget vegetables (they are very crucial)..
now i train at least 4 times weekly. .sometimes 5..depending on work..
Now through out this 8 week challenge it's made me much more aware off what im eating through out the day and really u have to be very observant on what your body is telling u on your energy levels through out the day.. but overall I truly believe with out the yor health nutrition the final result would not be the same..
and besides body transformation i actually feel so much more me..
From this i ain't gonna stop im loving the feeling off great energy all day long..great focus..a few peeps aski g what am i having to witch im very glad to direct them to yor health shelf...
my goal is to get upto at least 95 kg keeping lean...
