Inicie el reto de 8 semanas con un peso de 92.0 Kg. y lo estoy terminando con 80.9Kg. Utilizando para ello por las mañanas primeramente una capsula de Yor probiotics y una de Yor Repair, después de una hora la malteada Yor MRP. Una hora antes de la comida de medio día he tomado el Yor Shape, después de manera normal se ha llevado a cabo la comida, apoyándola con Yor Digest Ultra. En la merienda he tomado el Yor Super Greens acompañado de Yor essential VITAMIN.
Cabe mencionar, que por mi trabajo, el ejercicio ha sido poco, solo caminar (Diario) y algo de baile (Folclor). El caminar después de la comida, apoyándose con una porción de Yor Berry Blast y por las noches el baile.
