Estoy muy contento de participar en este Reto. Ha sido una experiencia espectacular ya que he ganado muchos avances tanto de desarrollo personal como fisicos y eso me ha hecho comprometerme aun mas.
Hoy estoy muy contento por la posibilidad de estar en mi mejor forma fisica. Logre mi meta del reto que era llegar a 61.7kg y estar marcado y logré 62kg. Continuare en el siguiente Reto para avanzar en la construccion del cuerpo que yo deseo tener.
En la parte personal he ganado más seguridad gracias a todos los competidores en la plataforma que me han dado animos para seguir y tambien el sentido de poder competir con los mejores de mi grupo. He ganado la disciplina de diario estar enfoncado y eso no solo ha traido beneficios en el Reto, ha traido beneficios en mi trabajo en la construccion de equipos en Yor y en mis relaciones de amistad y familiares. Hoy me siento internamente mas fuerte que nunca y deseo poder compartir lo que hoy siento con todas las personas que estan alrdedor mio.
El compromiso a seguir logrando metas y poder inspirar a mas personas a darse cuenta que si pueden es mas grande que nunca. Sigo aprendiendo de todos los que estan inscritos en el Reto y vamos por mas!!!
