This challenge has been amazing. It's helped me push my limits both physically and mentally over the past 8 weeks.
My end goal wasn't exactly what I wanted as far as weight is concerned, but in terms of how I feel, and how I look, it is evident there is no greater product line in the world.
Nothing in my day to day regimen has changed besides taking multiple servings of each product every day.
I can truly say that with YorHealth products, they are going to change the supplement industry forever.
The MRP was definitely a solid foundation I was doing 4-5 servings a day plus 3 meals. Most think that's too much, but through these products I have built such an insanely strong metabolism my body can handle it. I ended up starting at 203 lbs and finished at 198 lbs. although I lost 6 lbs, I gained a substantial amount of muscle due to the high bioavailability of the products!
Paired with that I take 3-4 servings of fiber a day to keep me regular, 3-4 servings of super greens to aid my circulatory system, and I take a probiotic before and after bed because fiber is a prebiotic and helps your probiotic, healthy digestive bacteria to replicate.
I take a digestive enzyme with every meal 4-5 daily.
I also take 3 servings of vitamins a day, 1 AM ,1 lunch, 1 before bed.
And I take 6 servings of Yor Repair a day, 3 upon rising and 3 before bed.
