Hola, soy Jesús Urbina Piñón, y una vez más me inscribí al reto de 8 semanas para continuar con mi transformación física. Este es mi tercer ciclo y me siento excelente y con más energía comencé con un peso de 77.5Kg y terminé con 76Kg logrando llegar a mi meta; elegí un paquete fitness: YOR Muscle Energy, Yor Probiotics Ultra, Yor Digest Ultra, YOR Berry Blast, YOR Supergreens.
En este reto cambié mi actividad física de crossfit a gimnasio (pesas) ya que uno de mis objetivos es aumentar masa muscular, asisto de lunes a viernes con un plan de rutina especializada y de igual manera con una dieta enfocada a lo que quiero lograr.
Estoy muy contento con los resultados obtenidos en este reto, no pensé que fuera a lograr los cambios que tuve (ya que este es mi tercer reto y llevo -22Kg), y quiero seguir obteniendo más resultados y con los productos de YOR es posible.
