Hi my name is Lisa Chen. I LOVE the YOR Health product line. Before starting the challenge I weighed 95 pounds. A lot of people always thought I was lucky and that I could eat whatever I wanted because I never gained weight. But it was quiet the opposite. Although I was skinny, I wasn't as healthy as people thought. I was always tired and lacked energy. Every time I went to the doctors they would tell me that I was underweight and I needed to eat more. I had tried many different diet plans and regimens and nothing seemed to work. On top of that, the food intolerance and digestive issues I had made it even harder. Ever since I started the 8 week challenge and to the end of the challenge, I had incorporate more of the products with my daily meals and regular eating habits with work outs. After finishing my 8 week challenge I was able to gain 7 pounds ending at a total of 102 pounds. I never have been able to accomplish this ever before and it's a wonderful feeling to be able to be at a healthy weight and on top of that have better digestion, energy and skin out of this challenge! For my daily regimen:
I use the Yor shake, digestives, berry blast, fiber, repair, probiotics and complete burn. I take 2 shakes a day, digestive with every meal, fiber, repair, and probiotics at night. I take berry blast during the day and complete burn when I work out. I workout 3 to 4 times a week.
