Hola a toda la comunidad yor !! Es un gusto para mi que esta empresa y sus productos halla llegado a mis manos, ya que después de un divorcio, una anemia y una parálisis facial encontré en el fitness el amor puro y una forma de querer sacar lo mejor de mi!
Entre al reto de 8 semanas porque decidí tonificar mi cuerpo y alimentarme sanamente.. Mis productos favoritos en este ambiente fueron: muscle y el yor súper Greens ?? me encantaron! Quiero demostrarme a mi misma y a todas las personas que piensan que no se puede, que solo con constancia, disciplina ,dedicación y una sana alimentación se pueden lograr los sueños. Combine mi sesión de pesas con cardio solo 2 veces a la semana y las pesas de lunes a sábado.. Además de una dieta balanceada, sin jugos enlatados ni sodas, cero azúcares (aunque debo confesar que esto me costó trabajo) soy adicta a los panecillos y a las golosinas, pero al final: lo logre!
