Hi all, I am Allen. I have joined the YOR Best Body 8 week challenge again. I have been taking the products for a while and it has been a great experience for me.
I used to have to rely on coffee, crave for lots of snacks, had no energy, not wanting to move and cannot sleep well. Now, I have more energy throughout the day, my body feels lighter, and I can sleep throughout the night without waking up.

Throughout the 8 weeks, I use YOR Super Greens, YOR Fibre Plus and YOR Vanilla Shake in the morning. I take YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR Digestive Ultra with my lunch and dinner. Before I go to bed, I will take YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra.

My workout routine was not as frequent as I would like to be due to other priorities. I have been working out 1 - 2 times a week and around 1 hour to 1.5 hour each time. However, by using the products with my workout and throughout the 8 weeks, I started with 67kg and finish with 67kg. I am very happy with the result. This means, I have gained lean muscles and loose some body fat. I can push more weights, I can run longer distances and at a faster time. I regain my energy, my life style and have better shape than before.
