Dear Members of the YOR Health 8 Challenge Community,

I am please to report that I have completed my 8 Weeks Challenge. It has been a great 8 weeks. My goal was to slim down 20 pounds. Although I did not hit my goal weight, but I was still able to manage to lose 10 pounds. Being a numismatist (one who studies coins) the profession and industry as a whole does not demand or require a lot of physical activities. There is a lot of sitting and non movements throughout the day.
Thanks to the products provided by YOR Health I am able to still lose weight and enjoy the food I enjoy on a daily basis. I take the full product line religiously during the past 8 weeks. I followed the recommended daily regiment that the company offer. If you have to ask me what product I would recommend, I would have to say ALL the products. The products truly work together in giving our body the proper nutrition it needs daily. I look forward to continue to strive for my goal and my dream body.
