Al inciar mi reto pesaba poco más de 100kg, y en ese momento estaba pasando por una situación personal muy dificil, donde gracias al reto empezó a cambiar muchos aspectos de mi vida, lamentablemente recaí a la mitad de mi reto ya que en el primer mes alcancé un peso de 92 kg que despues de mi recaida emocional subió a mi peso actual de 94.8 kg. Afortunadamente los productos me peritieron que el rebote no fuera tan grande, al usar regularmente el Yor Shake, junto con el digest ultra. Mi actividad física se limitaba a mis actividades diarias regulares sin incluir ningun regimen especial de ejercicio.
