En verdad (y como ustedes podrán ver) no me apliqué mucho durante las 8 semanas. Traté de hacerlo a MI manera y como muchas veces MI manera falló. Yo veia como mis compañeros que están haciendo el reto obtenian resultados y yo seguía en las mismas. Como he aprendido aquí en Yor, si ves que alguien tiene los resultados que quieres, pegate a ellos y aprende. Estoy consumiendo prácticamente toda la linea,busqué de alguien que me asesore en mi alimentación y mi ejercicio consiste en carrera tres veces por semana con aumento gradual de distancia y tiempo (otro de mis objetivos es correr una carrera de 21 km a fin de año) a lo cuál le agregué ejercicios de cardio. En realidad llevo poco mas de dos semanas aplicandome con el reto y siento como si estuviera desinflamada, con una excelente optimización de mi energia y motivada, porque leves, pero creo que si ha habido resultados
