So before I started the 8week challenge I weighed 80kgs, I am now weighing in at 82.5kgs while it may not see alot I have cut down a fair amount of fat.

Since being this my energy levels have increased tremendously and I have a better outlook and a stronger idea of what I want in my future.

The knot products I used where the yor health protein, super greens, fiber, muscle repair, digestive enzyme, pro biotic, berry blast super slim and also gat creatine. I wasn't really strict with taking them, I was exercising roughly around 3 times a week and I believe if I was a bit stricter on the supps my eating plan and how I was training my results would have been much better so I'm excited to try this again and maximize my results.
