Hey all, My name is Tom Simak, and this has been my 4th Challenge! I've constantly been loving the products and love the all natural plant based approach to better health!
Essentially I got into the challenge to lose weight, but then then I tried putting on more muscle mid way through!
The most surprising thing about the results was that I ate pizza 6-7 times a week to achieve this, constantly had desserts and cakes and I managed to get toned...and a lot more than I expected lol !
I worked out 5-6 times a week! Abs 2-3 times a week! Cardio once a week!

Out of all my challenges this one was my most enjoyable one! Because I got to eat whatever I wanted and with working out it didn't have any bad side effects to my health! But that being said I have to admit I don't eat Chocolate, Lollies, Soft drink, or any take-away places...besides Pizza!
It's really amazing to see how much better you feel, even after eating an astonishing amount of food that you can still feel great and have amazing progress towards a great body, all through correct digestion and giving your body the enzymes and nutrients it needs.
I am too excited to start my next challenge and see how my body changes whilst taking the Yor Health product line! I'm in love with them :) Thanks Yor Health.
