This challenge was a bit different compared to my other ones

I took all the yor health products every stage of the day. However what' separated this challenge from the others I've done is my eating. Due to work increasing where i worked every single day of the week! Following a meal plan and training 6 days + a week would've been difficult, not impossible but difficult.

I wanted to enjoy life training 3-4 days a week and whenever I felt like a particular meal I wouldn't hesitate. If it were t for the superslims/probiotics/fibre/digest ultra etc. I'm not sure my body metabolism and digestive track would've withstand it all.


I feel like most people, especially those whose work 9-5 can still achieve great health using these products and exercising 3 days a week.
