Since starting the Yor Best Body challenge on the Sculpt set, the program has made massive changes with my health and fitness.

I had 3 stomach surgeries in 2012 and since then my digestion has been poor and as a result, over the last 3 years my body fat percentage has increased despite me exercising on a regular basis. I have had always had painful stomach cramps since my operations and I came to expect that I would just have to put up with it for the rest of my life.

Since starting the Yor Health Best Body Challenge my digestion has improved dramatically and my stomach pains has eased significantly. As a result my body fat has gone down and my muscle mass has increased. I have more energy then ever before.

I would like to personally thank everyone who made the Yor Health Products possible. I can firmly say that I will continue to use the Yor Health products long after this challenge is done as the changes that I have experienced with my fat loss, energy, health and digestion is amazing.
