El Reto de 8 semanas es lo mejor que me pudo haber pasado!
Estar en EL RETO, junto con personas que tienen las mismas metas que yo y me animan a seguir, es el empuje que me faltaba para comenzar el camino a tener el mejor físico que jamás he tenido.
Empezando el ciclo mi peso era de 118 kg, y si bien no llegue a la meta que me propuse en un principio (109 kg), si logre bajar 6 kg.
Con mi Yor MRP todas las mañanas, y cerca de 30 minutos de trote cada tercer día, nunca había bajado tanto, haciendo tan poco.
