Hola ! Mi nombre es Teresa Martínez, tengo 19 años y estar en este reto de 8 semanas ha cambiado muchisimo mi vida diaria.
Inicie con un peso de 58.5 kg, 27% Grasa Corporal y concluí con 53.8 kg, 23% Grasa Corporal! Es increíble rebase mi meta, estoy contenta con los resultados :)
En el transcurso de las 8 Semanas tome los productos diariamente, por la mañana, antes y después del Gimnasio y en la noche, cada comida seleccionada de la dieta proporcionada por mi nutriologa.
Entrene 2 horas, 5 dias a la semana. 1hr Cardio/Pliometricos, 1hrs Pierna,Abdomen,Gluteo y Brazo.
Antes de los productos no contaba con una digestión regular, la piel presentaba flacidez y opacidad.
Ahora me encuentro super feliz ya que mi piel y digestión dieron un giro rotundo!
