Hello everyone my name is Yen Saechao. I am a 40 year old mother of 9 kids. The process of going through childbirth 9 times, I knew that internally, my body wasn't in it's best physical state. As I am getting older, I realized that if I didn't take care of my health now then as the years go by, no one was going to take care of me. I was introduced to the YorHealth product line a few years ago but I didn't take my health seriously enough to get started, until recently one of my coworkers literally 'shrunk' before my eyes. I saw her transformation and thought to myself, "if she did it, then I could too. She's way bigger then me, so what's stopping me?" That's when I got started and she reintroduced me to the YorHealth product line.
I was 150 pounds when I started my challenge and hit my goal of losing 25 pounds in 8 weeks. I am extremely happy and excited because I just LOVE the way I look and feel. I feel health again and I LOVE being in my own skin now.
I LOVE this product line and LOVE taking it. I take probiotics, repair and super slim when I get up in the morning on an empty stomach. For breakfast and dinner, I would have a shake. Lunch is normally a salad and an egg. I would snack on fruits inbetween meals. My prework out would consist of a shake and complete burn. I LOVE complete burn and super slim. I don't know what I would do without it.
I am currenly working two jobs so whenever I get off of work is when I would workout. My workout consists of running on the treadmill to using the elliptical to using free weights.
