I have never cared about the number on the scale..but I have always wanted to be fit and live a healthy lifestyle. As of lately I had stopped going to the gym all together and I pretty much ate whatever I wanted. I wasn’t overweight and i looked good in clothes. My problem was I felt horrible about myself and i wanted to look great naked!
One day I was working with Angely Rojas and overheard her conversation with another co-worker. She talked about an eight week challenge and supplements that got her motivated when she began her fitness journey. I knew this was exactly what I needed. By the end of the day I had enrolled and was anxiously awaiting my products back home.
Because of my flight attendant career I have been forced to live a life "on the go” and I had resorted to eating at odd hours or not at all. Whatever was available on the airplane or in the airport. This was BAD NEWS.
When i heard about the challenge I was stoked! I needed the organization of this regimen, i wanted to commit and discipline myself to something that would motivate me. I wanted to see real RESULTS.
I ordered the CORE package and complimented it with the Digest Ultra. I used the supplements religiously and mostly did home workouts. I also biked and swam.
I decided I was going to really commit and focus on the nutrition aspect of this challenge while getting in some good workouts. I prepped, packed and took my own food with me on every single travel during the challenge. I ate nothing that didn’t come from my own lunchbox. Every morning a Yor shake, later my super greens with my hard boiled eggs and cottage cheese. I have never in my life had cottage cheese! It's filled with protein, I had no idea. With both my meals I had a digest ultra to help my body breakdown my heaviest meals.. And 30min before every workout I took Cardio Burn! It gave me an energy boost right before my sweat routine. At night before bed I'd have another shake but my "PM" shake I made with water while my "AM" shake I made with cashew milk. I figure the later I ate the lighter it should be.
In the very first two weeks my body showed a great response. I had an event to go to and when I arrived every single one of my friends noticed a difference. They all wanted to know what I was doing to shed this baby fat and get toned.
This small yet massive achievement was the motivation I needed to stay in the challenge and finish strong!
My absolute favorite product has been the YOR shake. I have searched for a great tasting shake with low carbs and high protein. It does not get any better than this!!
Im more than happy with my results and now that I have the hang of the nutrition aspect I plan on signing up for another challenge and really setting this lifestyle into full gear!
