Hello I'm from Miami, USA and has been a pleasure for me being part of the challenge, this is my third cycle and what can I say. Well first at all about transformation wish was sated as well as a gratefull experiences that I personally recommend it, it's guaranteed results and it will improve your entire life, so don't waste your time thinking about it, you can do it, as well we did and believe me it will transform your world. Second I should say that I had used the entire Sculpt set, super green, yor mrp, ultra repair, etc. They way I did it was simple I just followed the specifications and recommendation well explained in their labels, so nothing complicate. Them also I have worked out 4 to 5 days a week, using a method of repetition not less than 15 reps with shorts rest periods between sets, and 15 to 20 min of cardio at the end doing 10 hits of maximum effort (30sec max/1min normal), warmup 2.5 min/ recovery 2.5 more.
