Hola a todos!!
Estoy muy emocionado por haber terminado mi reto de 8 semanas de Yor Health, acabo de pasar por una enfermedad muy seria, perdí toda la masa muscular que había hecho en mis dos anteriores retos, padecí del Síndrome de Guillian Barré la cual es una debilidad muscular muy seria, afortunadamente y con la ayuda de todos mis amigos y familiares logre superar el Síndrome y a los 8 meses de padecerlo pude entrar de nuevo al reto, esta gran plataforma de salud me a permitido mantenerme enfocado, feliz y con muchas ganas de salir adelante, los cambios que estoy viendo en mi cuerpo son grandiosos!!!
