This 8week challenge has truly changed my life. By focusing and committing to the challenge and myself I was able to do something haven't never been able to do. I not only lost the weight that I intended to but I surpassed my goal by 6 pounds on my final weigh in. I feel so much lighter on my feet, I've become a lot more active and energetic. I have to say THANK YOU to the challenge and the friends that introduced me to it. I have never been this amped and excited about my health. Now all that's left is to focus it into the next 8week challenge and my new goal which is to build a stronger core and have a defined six pack.
