Battling with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome my whole adult life this 8 week challenge has been my first commitment to fitness ever since I left the army.

The products most crucial to my transformation was Yor Super Slim to help with the large intake of food I usually eat and Yor Digest Ultras to assist to be able to absorb the nutrients to help my body function and my most favourite the Yor Berry Blast to give melt daily energy kick.

I only exercise 3-4 weeks due to my busy work schedule so I didn't exercise everyday but when I do its all out for a solid 45 mins to an hour per session. I also improved my eating habits to removing processed foods from my diet and preparing my meals regularly.

The 8 week challenge has shown me that it is simple to be able to supplement and eat and train better without having to massively change your daily routines. I mean if I have my condition and able to commit to 8 weeks that means every one can!!!!
