Yor Health helped me to begin my health and fitness journey. While I haven't yet reached my goal weight of 65kg using Yor Health definitely kickstarted the weight loss and improved my health!
I used the meal replacement alternating between vanilla and chocolate (both delicious) once per day replacing breakfast. Meanwhile I ensured I maintained a healthy balanced diet throughout the day and worked out whenever I could go to the gym.
Half an hour before my three main meals breakfast lunch and dinner I had a INSERT NAME OF PILL this had me feeling fuller.
My favourite product is the YorHealth Berry Blast! This little packet of goodness had me feeling energised and refreshed whenever I had it!
