Hola mi nombre es Ingrid Morán, soy de México DF, tengo 16 años sufriendo con mantener mi peso, desde entonces he tratado muchas dietas, ejercicio pero ninguno me había dado resultados al poco tiempo de haber empezado o no los que yo esperaba. Me sentía muy frustrada y decepcionada conmigo misma por no ser capaz de bajar de peso y mantenerme. Un buen amigo me hablo de Yor Health; así que tome la decisión de hacer un cambio en mi vida y por mi salud.
Cuando me inscribí al reto tenía un sobre peso de 25 kilos/ 48.5 lbs con un peso inicial de 85 kilos/ 187.39 lbs, mi meta era bajar 10 kilos/22.08 lbs en 8 semanas. Los cambios los empecé a ver desde la segunda semana lo cual me emociono mucho y fue la mejor motivación que tuve; entrar al reto de 8 semanas y estar alrededor de personas que también están en el reto me motivo a inscribirme al Crossfit. Hoy después de 8 semanas estoy feliz con los cambios que he visto en mi; baje 8 kilos/17.64 lbs, 1 talla; otro cambio que me dio El Reto es que ahora tengo el hábito de hacer ejercicio y comer sanamente; en donde nunca pensé que fuera capaz de ser tan disciplinada con la dieta, el ejercicio (5 días a la semana) y no olvidarme de tomar ningún producto de Yor Health.
Gracias Yor Health! Porque hoy me siento muy contenta por los cambios que he visto en mí; me siento mejor, más fuerte con más energía, soy otra persona. Todavía no llego a mi peso ideal, pero ya inicie este reto personal y seguiré hasta conseguirlo. Hoy mi mamá me dice que no deje lo que estoy haciendo porque hace mucho tiempo que no me venía tan contenta y motivada; y ese comentario me hace sentir muy orgullosa de mí, porque el comentario y el Reto me hicieron darme cuenta que soy capaz de hacer cosas que no creí que fuera posible, rompí mis propios límites.

Hi, my name is Ingrid Moran, and I´m from Mexico City. I´ve been struggling with my weight for 16 years. Since then I’ve tried a lot of diets and work outs but none of them have given me the results that I wanted or in the time I was expecting. I really felt frustrated and disappointed with myself because I wasn´t able to be in my ideal weight. A good friend of mine talked to me about Yor Health so I decided that I needed to do something for my life and health.
When I joined the 8 week Challenge I had an overweight of 25 kilos/ 48.5 lbs with an initial weight of 85 kilos/ 187.39 lbs. My goal was to lose 10 kilos/22.08 lbs in 8 weeks. I began to see changes during the second week. I was so excited that it became the best motivation I´ve ever had. Being in the 8 week challenge and meeting people that were also participating in the challenge motivated me to begin Crossfit. Today after 8 weeks I´m really happy with my results. I lost 8 kilos/17.64 lbs which represents 1 clothing size, plus I have gained the habits of doing exercise, and eating healthy. This challenge has showed me how disciplined I can be in following a diet, working out (5 times a week) and never forgetting to take any of the of Yor Health products.
Thank you Yor Health because today I feel really happy with the changes I´ve seen in myself. I feel better, with more energy; I feel like I am another person. I´m not in my ideal weight yet, but I´m already in this personal challenge and I´m sure I´ll get there. My mom told me not to leave what I have already started because it´s been a while since she’s seen me so happy and motivated. This comment from my mom made me feel so proud of myself because this and the 8 week challenge made me realize that I´m able to do things that I thought I could never do; I am breaking my own limits.
