This is my second 8 week challenge with YOR Health, first I'd like to say how much I'm in love with the few products that I have used! We all know how life can get in the way of our gym time, which was definitely the case for me this challenge, but I kept taking the products and kept a more healthier diet than I am use too and I'm very pleased with my results and just the way I feel all the time.
This challenge I used the YOR Ultra Digest, the YOR Probiotics, and the delicious SuperGreens.
I just want to thank everyone at YOR Health for making this challenge, I love this challenge because I am in control of how far I want to go and where I want to take my health. It's a very good self motivator and makes it easier to take control of my health by having such an open challenge that I have complete control over.
I can't wait to see where my peers place my progress and to start my 3rd challenge.
