My name is Kellie Walker I'm 40 years old I have tried many ways to loose weight but the Yor Health challenge I've just completed would have to be the best way by far. I didn't get hungry and I just feel amazing. I have so much more clarity and I feel like anything is possible!
I'm very excited with my results.
When I started the challenge my weight was 72.1 kg I'm now 62kg I started with replacing breakfast with a Super Greens and a Yor Chocolate Protein Shake and 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra, half an hour before lunch I would take a YOR Super Slim, with lunch I would take 1 YOR Digest Ultra and 1 YOR Essential Vitamin, For lunch I would have lots of green vegetables, chicken and fish sometimes a steak. In the afternoon before my workout I would have a Berry Blast, Super Greens and Chocolate Protein all in one then walk for 40 mins. Love the walks. Before dinner i would have 1 YOR Digest Ultra and 1 YOR Essential Vitamin, For dinner I would have chicken or fish again with green vegetables. I cut out all sugar, dairy, carbs. My snacks were 3 apples and a salad day.
With all these positive changes I have lost almost 10kgs In 8 weeks thats amazing. I have never found anything as good as YOR health. Now I have all the motivation to keep on improving my health and body bring on the Sculpting Challenge. I'm feeling great and looking better every day. The challenge is amazing it has motivated me to change my life in such a positive way and I'm excited to get out their and start helping people do the same.
