Estoy muy contento con mis resultados.

Fisicamente me siento mas ligero y definitivamente estoy mas fuerte, puedo correr mas tiempo y mas intenso, puedo nadar sin frenarme en distancias mas largas y puedo levantar mas en mis rutinas de pesas.

El paquete slim con fibra y repair facilito el workout, incluso durante una semana que no entrené por viaje, no me vi afectado en nada.

Falta algo de grasa por eliminar, pero Roma no se construyo en un dia. A continuar.

I feel lighter and I'm definitely stronger. I can run faster and harder, I can swim further without having to stop and I can lift heavier.
