I LOST 14 POUNDS! I started at 152 and ended the challenge at 138. My GOAL was 145 and I crushed it =D. This was an incredible experience. I was always a skinny boy growing up and had quite the opposite physical body because I couldn't gain weight even if I tried. Probably because I was very active. Somehow, age or life, whatever it was caught up to me and slowly through the years, the pounds of fat just started to build up. I started to be less active and care less about my physique. When I became an entrepreneur several years ago and my lifestyle became less active and more focused on business, everything became inconvenient and nothing was routine….I simply let the excuses pile up and allowed myself to get very unhealthy. My skin was terrible, friends called me pizza face. I couldn't play basketball like I could before. I watched myself become a different person, from confident inside-out, to eventually I could only do my best to be confident on the outside. Truth was that I wasn't happy with my health.

Even after being exposed to the YOR products before taking the 8 week challenge, I was always inconsistent and undisciplined, again letting my excuses get the best of me.

Eventually, I was sick and tired of everyones disbelief that I could change. Believe it or not….it was the ones closest to me. Even though they didn't mean it and they meant well, maybe were even just trying to motivate me…whatever the case…it did motivate me. I joined the 8 week challenge to prove everyone wrong as well as proving it to MYSELF. No matter how busy my lifestyle or how crazy my travel schedule is, I was going to commit to get fit. I wanted to show EVERYONE who had excuses that all it takes is a decision. And so my journey began….

I joined the 8 week challenge with my mother who I also have always wanted to help lose weight. When I posted my before photos, I HATED what I saw….but i smirked, laughed at myself…and said I REFUSE to not post an incredible after photo. I was in disbelief of what all the different angles of my body really looked like.

Taking the products for me was EASY because I used the best body set. Which was all the products and VERY easy to travel with. I didn't leave home without them. EVERYWHERE I was, my products went with me. If i traveled for a day, then I brought 2 days…if I traveled for a week I brought 2 weeks of products with me because I didn't want to chance it, AND because I wanted to share =D

After getting started, I decided to be disciplined and cut out some of my favorites as a way to REALLY challenge me. Soooooo the hardest VICES & ADDICTIONS to resist were PIZZA, PASTA, ICE CREAM, POP CORN & WINE.

I couldn't believe I did it, I'd be lying if I said it was easy, but I can say that I had so many people cheering me on!! It was sooooo helpful to have friends & my mom doing this challenge along with me. That's why even working out and exercise became easier. I did many things along the way that I enjoyed such as playing basketball. But again, because I had friends to support me along the way who were also apart of the challenge with me, it kept us all on track and accountable. We were motivated to get to our goals =D

In closing, This challenge has impacted my life by showing me that ANYTHING is possible. Funny story was that the last week of my challenge, I happened to end up in the country where my biggest weaknesses for bad vices are the most popular, ITALY!!! ITALY is ALL ABOUT…. PIZZA, PASTA & WINE! Just my luck haha. It was a great experience and I made it work. Even though it seemed impossible and everyone told me I should end my challenge early before going on the trip so I can enjoy myself. My mentality had shifted to one of which actually enjoyed my new lifestyle. I liked not eating the junk foods and feeling clean and healthy. I ALWAYS HAD WAYYY MORE ENERGY… On top of that, I wasn't about to throw away ALL the hard work I already put in & knowing the COUNTLESS cravings, hours at the gym, luring temptations, people doubting me, even people believing in me…it all played its part in staying focused and disciplined to get to my goal and finish the challenge strongly. And on I went to ITALY. There were practically no gyms at the hotels we went to, so my girlfriend and I worked out using whatever we could. We used the chairs in our hotel room, the hotel room stairs, we ran around the city we were in, we backpacked with our products everywhere and stayed fit no matter what. She also is a part of the challenge and just finished hers before going. She motivated me as well because she got shredded and was able to get a 6 pack through the challenge, her name is Lisa Chang. One moment I will NEVER FORGET is on the last day of my challenge, we were in the mountains of Tuscany, where there is nothing but farms and vineyards. Got up early in the morning for a jog and bumped into Telicia Landers <3. She is absolutely fit, and I saw her jogging and she asked if I wanted to run with her. I KNEW she would be able to go for a long timeeee haha… As hesitant as I was, I said yes and we ended up RUNNING A 5K THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS OF TUSCANY!!!!!!

In hindsight, none of this would've ever happened if it wasn't for the challenge. I really appreciate all that was involved…There is so much more I would love to write and express for every thought and emotion I felt and went through in this challenge. Maybe on my next one I will film it =D Thank YOU YOR BEST BODY!
