Hi, my Jolin and I just complete my first YOR Best Body challenge! The reason why I participated in the challenge was to better myself. I see all of my friends so skinny yet they complain to me about their weight and that they want to lose more pounds. I know they don't mean to but indirectly I felt ashamed. I thought to myself, "If you're size 1 and think you should lose weight, than what about me?? My pant size has 2 digits!" I looked myself in the mirror and honestly I wasn't happy with where I was and I truly wanted to make a change.
Coming into this challenge I wanted to dropped a massive amount of weight quickly which was very unrealistic because my discipline did not match my health goal. But through these past 8 weeks I learned a lot about my bad habits and was able to implement new healthy habits.
I incorporated the whole YOR Health product line into my daily routine. I started my day with the Yor Probiotic. And have the YOR Shake to start off my day with the YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR Complete Burn. For snacks I had the YOR Super Greens along with son fruits or nuts. And about 30 or 40 minute before lunch I would take the YOR Super Slim. And when it comes to eat my lunch I take another YOR Complete Burn and YOR Essential Vitamin. Depending on the healthy level of my meal I will take more or less of the YOR Digestive Ultra. For dinner I would have another YOR Shake.
I did not keep up with the schedule every single day but I did my best to because I couldn't resist cheat meals when going out with my friends but I did take the YOR Digestive Ultra though! I was able to lose 15 pounds! I feel so happy!! But definitely not satisfied! So you will see me again in my 2nd challenge!
