8 Weeks ago before understanding the basics of nutrition, before having the right fitness plan and support and before developing a more positive mindset I had no chance to get to this point. I was frustrated and stuck with a body I knew I could improve but didn't know how! Being able to let a professional teach you will get you the results you invision but it comes with some late sessions, changes to eating habits (mostly sticking to low sugar and low fats). Investing in my nutrition through the YOR Health products has been one of the best decisions of my life for the fact of the friendships I've made, the people we've already inspired and how many we will inspire! I took the whole range of YOR Health products to get to my desired physique. I took my pill box everywhere with me religiously. I never took supplements or hardly took panadol when I was sick so creating a habit of taking the pills took a few weeks but now I'm happy to take the product line that assists me with better health and more energy. I take 1 slim in the morning, digest, 3 vitamin and slim at lunch and I have a slim, digest, and 3 vitamin at dinner and repair and probiotic before bed. I've done this everyday. I usually do 3 bootcamps a week and 2 gym sessions I wake up with a greens and berry blast everyday, I absolutely love my shake. The biggest impact YOR Health and the YOR Best Body Competition has had on my life is that once again trusting in somebody whose willing to help you has paid off, I really want to thank Whitney Roberts and support base she has created around her! The community is amazing and I'm now ready to train with other people and let them know the energy and goals they can get through the YOR Best Body Challenge!
