In the lead up to the Australian Floorball Open I decided to start my second 8 week challenge as a bit of motivation. This kept me on track and in great condition for the whole tournament.
At the start of the challenge I was 80.4kg and now I am down to 78.3kg. This may not be a huge weight loss but I have more muscle definition and feel alot more confident in my appearance.
I used all of the products currently available in Australia during the challenge, eating fairly balanced meals and was doing some form of training almost everyday.
I am really stoked that I'm looking fitter and healthier on the insides. :)
Now to go shopping for a new clothes to replace the ones that no longer fit properly :)
