Hola a todos!!!

La verdad estoy super contenta con mis resultados, me encanta el reto de 8 semanas porque encontré una manera más sencilla de ponerme en forma y sin dietas estrictas; (que para mí eso es lo mejor), solo incorporé a mis alimentos los productos y fue muy fácil.

Yo comía algo ligero antes de ir al gimnasio, durante mi entrenamiento tomaba Yor Muscle Energy para tener un mejor rendimiento y crear masa muscular, después mi Yor Shake de Vainilla (que ya no puede faltar en mi alacena) + Yor Fiber Plus y lo combinaba con variedad de frutas, en el almuerzo comía lo que prepararan en casa, pero eso sí, con mis respectivas enzimas, Yor Digest Ultra. Por las tardes un Berry Blast para rendir mejor en el día.

La verdad me encanta toda la línea de productos porque he visto un gran cambio en mi piel, en la energía y sobre todo en mi digestión.

Voy a seguir compitiendo, voy para ganar el campeonato anual!!
