I started the challenge at a very unhappy 72.7kg.
My day starts off with super greens & then to exercise, usually walking, jogging, hot yoga or a session at the gym.
I would then have a Yor MRP shake & get ready to go to work. I would have a morning snack & then a healthy lunch with a Yor Digest Ultra a small afternoon snack & then another Yor MRP shake for dinner.
Before bed I would have a Yor Repair Ultra & a Yor Probiotic Ultra.
I would also sometimes walk again in the evening after work as well.
I can honestly say that the products & program have changed my life. I now weigh 66.6kg which was a weigh loss of 6.1kg. I feel so much better about myself, fit into the clothes that I want, have so much more energy & am excited about life again & love exercising again.
I also measured myself & lost:
4.5 cm on upper thighs
5.5cm on hips
8.5 cm on stomach
6.5cm on waist &
4.5cm on bust.
