Cuando comencé el reto pesaba 83kg y buscaba obtener mi peso ideal de 78kg. Lo logré! y ahora que me siento fenomenal entraré a un nuevo reto en la categoría de definir.
Los productos que usé diariamente fueron:
2 Digest Ultra con los primeros bocados de la comida
2 YOR Shape media hora antes de comer por 4 semanas
1 YOR shake con agua con una porción de fruta como desayuno
1 YOR shake con agua con una porción de fruta como cena
1 Berry blast cuando me sentía falto de energía
2 Rapair por la mañana y dos por la noche cuando estaba muy fatigado del ejercicio
Y en varias ocasiones sustituí la colación de media tarde por otra YOR shake solo con agua.
Realicé ejercicio cardiovascular, principalmente correr. Seis días por semana durante una hora.
El impacto que ha tenido este desafío ha sido el mejorar mis hábitos alimenticios pues realmente cambiaron, encontré muy divertido y apasionante estar activo y ahora me siento increíble, ligero, con energía y en equilibrio.
