Had such a good time on this challenge.
Started off at 72 Kgs and with the goal of gaining 3Kgs I am happy to say I have reached 75Kgs again.

While using the Sculpt pack I ate pretty clean (most of the time) and didn't drink alcohol. Was very strict with taking my products and used the Digest Ultra with 2 meals a day and the Shake as a post workout.
I used Supergreens twice a day and didn't need to use much Berry Blast throughout the 8weeks as I felt clean and energetic naturally.

I exercised following my Ben Abstacker mean muscle workout program which really gave me the clarity of what to do and when to adjust sets and reps. Followed it as much as I could. Guiltily missed a few days here and there when I let excuses get in the way.

This Challenge has really made me connect my highest health values to making it happen and achieving my goal which has pushed me to stay committed and see it through.
I am very happy with my change and feel I have a lot more confidence and posture.
