I was introduced to your health last year thru a friend and did not know making a payment for supplements would change my life!
I've always been a working man with a big family which did not leave a lot of me time (which I am not sad about I love my family to pieces) for self awareness but with everyone grown up and now doing things I want in life.. I started to see things in myself that I wanted to become & being 52yrs old you forget that there is still more to life. He made me a program (I didn't not know how to use the app hahaha) which seemed so simple I did not believe that by having a shake instead of not eating lunch or a "super green" with my morning orange juice would make a difference...

WAS I WRONG!, I am a builder which keeps me on site & very busy I did not see Jonathan (Jay as I called him) for 2months from when I started and did I have news for him!
