Saludos soy Jesús Martínez de Toluca, México. Estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados de mi reto, al iniciar tenía cierto cumulo de grasa principalmente en la zona abdominal, y se aprecia que además de mejorar mi salud, disminuí la grasa acumulada en mi estómago principalmente, como tal, realicé el reto fitness y por la parte del ejercicio lo complementé de manera gradual, el primer mes me enfoqué en perder peso corriendo, para el segundo mes, continué con una rutina de gimnasio.
