Me hubiera encantado tener este reto antes, siempre me privé de la ropa que me gustaba por ocultar mi pancita y lonjita que según yo era "normal" o cuestión de "genética".
Estas 8 semanas hice 40 minutos de Pilates 4 o 5 veces a la semana.
