Hola a todos!! Después de la emoción de haber quedado en 4° lugar en el Campeonato Anual 2015, decidí cerrar con TODO mi ciclo del reto!
Este reto me enfoqué en reducir mi porcentaje de grasa corporal, y logré bajarlo en casi 3%! Baje un poco de grasa y subí un poco de músculo.

Me tomé todos los productos religiosamente y seguí las indicaciones y el régimen de productos y alimentación del ThermoSlim!
Desde que salió el ThermoSlim, he estado siguiendo la plan de ejercicios que recomienda para evitar quedarme estancado. Lo mejor de todo es que he estado haciendo ejercicio desde la comodidad de mi casa con unas cuantas pesas!
