Hola, mi nombre es roberto velazquez blanco, tengo 27 de edad, y la verdad siempre he sido de complexion delgada y me costaba trabajo subir de peso por mas que comiera, era de los tipicos flaquitos comelones.
Esta ocasion me meti al reto con el proposito de terminarlo por que ya habia varios retos que no concluia, al principio fue algo dificil ya que no tenia los habitos pero con la comunidad del reto y con los productos todo fue mas facil.
Empece haciendo ejercicio en mi casa ya que no podia ir al gym me tomaba e shake despues de entrenar, y el muscle enery antes de cada entrenamiento, use el yor repair tambien despue de entrenar y al irme a acostar, regularmente nada mas hacia una hr de ejercicio.

Puedo decir que ha sido una experiencia bastante gratificante ya que aunque no fue mucho el aumento, solo 2.5 k de masa muscular me siento definitivamente con mas energia que antes.
