Well what a journey the last 8 weeks has been!!

My before picture was just after my 2 month holiday where i overindulged a little to much & gained 4 kgs.

It's been a mental challenge just as much as a physical one. I have always battled my weight from being a chubby child & teenager.
I felt embarrassed & ashamed i had put on so much weight & didnt feel comfortable exercising. In my late teens i developed an eating disorder as i was not happy with being over weight. So even though i lost weight very fast i was never feeling healthy.

My main focus was to religiously take my Yor Health suppliments
however it was a huge lifestyle change.
I joined a gym, went 4 times a week, started meditation, eating a healthy diet & endeavouring to live an active lifestyle.

The 1 thing that really worked well was the convinience of the suppliments. If i was busy or rushing to work, i could just have a quick shake & know i was fueling my body & giving it the nutrition it needed.

Im super happy & proud of myself for my results.
Everything has improved!! I love my new healthy lifestyle.

Losing the weight is one thing but it doesn't stop there. Everything in my life changed. My confidence has increased, my energy levels are through the roof, sleeping patterns regulated, my skin has cleared up & i just honestly feel amazing & invincible.

Massive thank you to my best friend Racheal who got me up for gym on those cold winter mornings when I wanted to sleep in.

And a HUGE shoutout to my incredible team who have always believed in me & supported me along this jouney. I love you guys!

I will be starting a new challenge on the 1st August & i encourage anyone who wants to team up, join me in the challemge & get in the best shape of your life. We can do this together!!
