Mi peso era de 77 kg y ahora peo 70 kg. Adquiri el kit de un Best Body y respete la frecuencia del como me lo deberia de tomar conforme a la tabla de los productos que viene descrita en el paquete besy body.Los tomaba diario como o indica la tabla. El 1o de Abril empece a realizar ejercicio en el gimnasio 20 min cardio y 60 min pesas de Lun a Vie.
