My sister and I decided to join the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge together for support and to make it even more fun! I had not been to the gym in a while and was STILL feeling the bad food choices over Christmas and nearly always bloated from forgetting to take my YOR Digest Ultra. It was definitely time for me to set some new goals and get back into the gym and feeling great, like I did at the end of my first challenge – I just had to beat my last efforts. I started this challenge at 23.7% Body fat at 62.5kg/137.7lbs and finished at 56.8kg/125.2lbs, ending with an ‘all time low’ body fat percentage for me of 18.6!

I rose every morning to have the YOR probiotics Ultra. Everyday mid-morning I took the YOR Fiber Plus, YOR Super Greens and YOR Berry Blast with a lime, which makes it extra delicious! I am now addicted to my greens shake and it will continue in my daily routine without fail to help keep me feeling on top of it all. I also used YOR Super Slim before dinners and YOR Digest Ultra with all my cooked meals and the YOR Shake to make my cookie dough protein balls as a post gym quick protein meal.

Together with my sister we went for a 1 hour cardio session every morning 2 weeks on, 1 week off and did 3 strength training sessions per week and a Saturday HITT Bootcamp. The challenge also helped motivate me to try some new activities, including a kayaking session and a hike. The Challenge really empowered me to choose the healthier foods and also learn to create healthy versions of my favourite snacks. I’m no longer craving those unhealthy snacks or processed chocolate that I used to thanks to the YOR Best Body Challenge.
