¡Bravo!me felicito culmine mi reto; yo estaba con 71.100 kilos y ya no podia bajar, me di por vencida a mis 58 años. pero que creen!!!1gracias a dios y con la ayuda de yor health con el reto baje dos kilos y una talla, mi autoestima se elevo. lo que hice al levantarme tomar mi malteada, con super green y fibra, en el almuerzo fruta, una clara de huevo y mis vitaminas, en la comida mi digest , consumia carne, pollo o pescado, vitaminas, una hora de ejercicio, antes me tomaba mi delicioso berry blast y el repair y en la cena mi malteada con fibra , vitamina y al dormir mi probiotico, con disciplina con mi estupendo equipo que me anima,me hecha porras me siento acompañaday feliz,ahora me veo saludable, super super bien y la gran oportunidad de compartir felicidad a mi familia y a todos los extraordinarios seres humanos que me rodea
