For my products this time I was taking the whole product range, yor digest ultra, yor repair ultra, yor super greens, yor fibre plus, Yor essential vitamins, yor shake, yor berry blast,yor super slim and yor probiotics ultra...I had digest ultra when I had a solid meal which varied in time. I also took the super slim sometimes but not as consistent as I would have wanted since I couldn't take it if I had berry blast. I had berry blast before my workouts which I tried to do in the morning so that by the end of the day I would be able to go sleep. I had fibre plus with the first shake I had of the day. I had one Yor shake after my workouts in the morning.I had probiotics first thing in the morning with 1 or 2 repair ultras depending on the intensity of the workouts I was going to do that day. Mostly I would have 1 repair in the morning and 2 at night. Essential vitamins I took them now and again but at least 2 per day since I was already having all the products. I took the products daily.

For my workouts I was did mainly gym classes that included body combat, pump, boxing, spin, kickboxing, step body balance and grit-cardio-strength-plyo .Doing this challenge this time was definitely challenging but in the end I enjoy going to the gym and working out. I have more energy in my daily activities and having better sleep. Doing this challenge I have come to enjoy being in my body which is something I haven't been able to do in a very very long time. I have seen great progress in myself and I now know having these products continuously I will have a great way to back me up to achieve my goals. I have never been able to stick to one thing that I can enjoy eating and not lose interest in my food. I am definitely in a better place than I was 8 weeks ago.The best thing is now I can fit in my clothes better and I can feel my muscles which is something I have never felt before still can't believe it and excited to see them gains pop up. Can't wait to do the next challenge.
