Working in the gym 5 to 6 times week, split in 1 body part a day. Cardio session (20 minutes HIIT) every upper body session.

6 - 7 Meals a day.

Before start use the products my energy levels were low due high previously intense workout, which i have done day before, plus the stress of busy life so basically my body wasn't recovering at all as well as my nervous system, meaning in a hindering my muscle gains.
